Είναι το ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΟ καταστημα σε ότι αγορά και αν έχω κάνει ever, που έχει τόσο άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! τι να πω .. ότι έρχονται τα παπουτσάκια σε 1 μέρα (είτε κάνω παραγγελία Παρασκευή είτε μεσοβδόμαδα)? ότι πάντα μέσα έχουν δωράκι για τα παιδιά? ότι μια φορά χρειάστηκα αλλαγή και πάλι έγιναν όλα σε χρόνο ρεκόρ και μάλιστα με μια ευγενέστατη κοπέλα στο τηλεφωνικό! Πραγματικά σας αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια! προσωπικά ότι αφορά τα παπουτσάκια (τα οποία ειναι και άψογα σε ποιότητα κ τιμή) παίρνω πλέον μόνο ηλεκτρονικά απο το Σεραφίνο!

Καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση από το κατάστημα. Άργησα να παραλάβω τις μποτουλες της μικρής μου από λάθος της courier αλλά έδειξαν μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον και μεσολάβησαν ώστε τελικά να παραλάβω εγκαίρως γτ θα φεύγαμε ταξίδι. Μάλιστα ήταν πρόθυμοι εάν είχαν ενημέρωση από την courier πως δεν θα κατάφερνε να φτάσει εγκαίρως να μου στείλουν άλλο ζευγάρι μπότες. Μπράβο σας. Το εκτιμώ. Και η κοπέλα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ευγενέστατη και αποτελεσματική, μπράβο.
