    Ίσως το καλύτερο σέρβις που έχω λάβει μέσω διαδικτυακών παραγγελιών. Έλαβα το προϊόν μέσα σε μιάμιση ημέρα, τηλεφώνησα Σάββατο γιατί έπρεπε να αλλάξω το νούμερο, άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση, τη Δευτέρα ήρθε στο σπίτι μου διανομέας και έλαβε το προϊόν που δεν ήθελα και την τρίτη έλαβα το καινούριο πακέτο! Όλα αυτά μέσα σε 4 εργάσιμες ημέρες και χωρίς κανένα κόστος και χρόνο σε μη προσιτές συνεννοήσεις και κουραστικές διαδικασίες. Σε άλλες περιπτώσεις είναι πραγματικά άθλος να κάνεις επιστροφή ενώ εδώ έκανα μόνο ένα σύντομο τηλεφώνημα. Συγχαρητήρια στη διεύθυνση και στους υπαλλήλους!

    Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Παρόλο που παρουσιάστηκε πρόβλημα με την παραλαβή ( η acs έχασε το δέμα) το κατάστημα ήταν πρόθυμο να με εξυπηρετήσει και έστειλε 2η φορά την παραγγελία μου χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. να προσθέσω ότι τα παπούτσια που πήρα χρειάστηκαν αλλαγή στο νούμερο και με εξυπηρέτησαν και πάλι άψογα .
